Hey, friend.♥
You don’t have to figure everything out alone.
Whatever you're carrying, you deserve support that takes all of you into account. This practice is your bridge through the full complexity of being human, through grief, transition, the moments that change you, and back to yourself.
A Different Kind of Support
This isn't therapy. It's not a program you push through or a course you complete.
It's an invitation to come home to yourself. To set down what you've been carrying and look, honestly and gently, at what comes next.
At the center of our work is one belief: your relationship with yourself shapes everything else.
How you love. How you work. How you grieve. How you heal.
That's where we start.
Coaching is not therapy. Where therapy often explores the roots of what has happened to you, coaching starts with where you are now and moves toward where you want to be. Sun's background in mental health and psychology means she understands trauma, grief, and the nervous system deeply. That foundation informs everything, but the work here is collaborative, forward facing, and designed to meet your whole self, not just the clinical parts.
This Is For You If
You’re ready for a change, but don’t know where to start.
Everything looks fine from the outside, but something inside feels misaligned, like you've been living someone else's life.
You’re exploring your identity and self-concept.
You're moving through a loss of a relationship, a person, or a version of yourself. Or you're carrying complex grief.
You're navigating a major life transition like a move, a new diagnosis, a breakup, a conscious uncoupling, a career shift, or a new relationship.
You're experiencing a shift in your family dynamics, an estrangement, a rupture, or a relationship that no longer looks the way it used to.
You're a Queer or BIPOC person who needs a space where your full identity is not just accepted, but honored.
You want support that holds your whole self, emotional, energetic, physical, and spiritual, not just the parts that are easy to talk about.
All are welcome here. QTBIPOC communities are especially at home.
